Andy & Rich met at university in the early 90's. They’ve worked together for 20 years and have won major accolades in global awards categories, including Cannes, D&AD, British Arrows and the Webbys.
Their first job was at RKCR/Y&R where they won awards for Land Rover and The Times Film Festival.
After eight years, they were poached by BBH to work on the Levis, Lynx and Audi accounts. They launched The Audi R8 with “The Slowest Car We’ve Ever Built” and won awards including a D&AD Pencil and a Campaign BIG Gold for their work on Lynx.
They rose to the ranks of Creative Directors and were made partners of BBH in 2010.
They joined AMV in 2011 as CDs and have worked on high profile accounts such as Heinz, Snickers, Pedigree, Sainsbury's, Whiskas, Guinness and Currys. They created the successful Mr. Bean Snickers spot which became Mars' most travelled campaign in over 59 markets.
They are currently Snickers European Creative Directors and Doritos Global Creative Directors. They were promoted to the board of AMV in 2013.
